MASTER BATH

This 1994 master bathroom footprint was reconfigured for better access by moving the entry which allowed for the option of the master bed placement. The huge new shower houses lots of new features including two shower heads, a fold down teak bench and Arizona barn door glass shower doors. The tile is Anthology Marble Velvet Rectified Matte Series 12″x24″ done in a subway pattern. The new vanity stained in “Oasis” expands on one wall with plenty of counter top space. A new window was placed in the water closet for more light and ventilation and has a pocket door for minimal obstruction. The new walk in closet has new shelving cabinets from the Container Store. Luxury plank vinyl flooring completes the look of warmth and function of this new master bathroom

GUEST BATH

White tiled counter tops, diva vanity lights, and a fiberglass tub and shower surround plagued this guest bathroom with generic simplicity. A new bathtub surrounded with this unique tile Legni Exotica 9″ x 36″ that looks like distressed wood gives the room character. A new vanity stained in the same “Oasis” topped with a solid Quartz stone completes this makeover.
