Don Isaacson | Owner and Founder
Don, a licensed general contractor since 2005, has had a diverse career background in sales, operations, and management. All of these have contributed to the success of running a company. What drives him bug nuts crazy is sloppy workmanship and dishonest business practices. With his keen eye for detail and an obsession for accuracy and excellence, he has a commonsense approach to making it right and a calm demeanor in resolving issues or problems.
Laurie Isaacson | Co-Owner, CFO, Office Manager
Laurie, as Don lovingly refers to, is the neck that turns the head, in other words she keeps the company running. Way back when, earning a BA in graphic design started the fuel of passion for cohesive design, she’s not afraid to put her two cents in on design ideas, especially practical applications. Her career path started in the printing industry as a senior account manager. Integrating those learned skills of management, service, relations, scheduling, and accounting has contributed to Revive Remodeling’s long standing success with many elated customers.
Sean Admire | Construction Superintendent
The son of a landscape architect and a substitute teacher, he knew from an early age the importance of education and hard physical work. After he started with the building and construction program offered by Lake Oswego High School, and getting his BA, he then followed a career building custom homes, commercial, State and Federal projects. Working locally for the past 25 years he takes extreme pride in his work. “It takes a team of skilled people to do this type of work and lending my skills to this company brings that same pride”. Remodeling someone’s home is the most challenging aspect of the industry, with that; Sean brings experience with calmness to what can be stressful situations, knowledge, organization, management, and always striving for a quality result.
Murphy | Office Support K-9 Division
Murphy doesn’t really have any administrative abilities, but has surpassing greeting skills to those who visit the office. He also loves to be petted and given treats. When he’s not napping on his doggy bed, he keeps the office staff happy with his smile.
