These Wilsonville homeowners love to entertain family and friends. The initial dining space was confined and limited the table size and seating. Their main desire was to expand the area to accommodate larger gatherings comfortably. Revive designed and remodeled the addition that included a vaulted ceiling and back wall of windows that draws attention to the beautiful backyard.

But why stop there? Since the carpet would be removed in the existing dining area the entire family room and kitchen flooring was replaced with a LVT Coretec Plus Enhanced Plank 7″x48″ in “Manila Oak” which brought total cohesion to all areas. This LVT is a beautiful medium color that introduces warmth and texture, plus its super pet friendly for their two beloved dogs. Speaking of the dogs, they truly became part of our crew family during the work day as they hung out and watched (supervised).

In addition the kitchen had its own mini makeover with new Quartz Silestone “Pulsar”, a white stone with some brown veining to coordinate with the new flooring and refurnished cabinets. The deep troth sink allows for easy washing of multiple dishes and pots (from those big gatherings). And to add a modern flare, the backsplash is created with Hedron matte flat hexagon 4”x5” white tiles.
