Project work involved: window replacements, stairwell ceiling height adjustment, structural beam retrofit for code compliance, replacing inadequate footings in the basement, demolishing and replumbing all inadequate clean water and sewer plumbing in a detached studio, and complete bathroom remodel in the studio.
