As home improvement professionals we know how to work with your existing home’s footprint to maximize your space, or uncover your home’s hidden potential and expand your space. Whether it’s a makeover, a complete do over, or a complete new build, we can renovate it, and style it to your needs and tastes.

While the finished product is of course important, it’s what happens between the construction and the finish that really matters. Therefore we don’t cut corners on building, materials, or acquiring necessary legal permitting to accomplish a build.

ESTIMATES

Our Approach:

We understand that remodeling is a huge financial investment, therefore we like to take our time to make sure our estimates are detailed to specifically lay out what exactly will be done, what’s included, and what is not included. Remodeling is not an exact science, there are things that can be unexpected (example: pipes hidden behind walls), but we’re experienced enough to know those possibilities so we’ll be upfront with you about what those surprises could be.

Preliminary (rough) estimates will be presented after our initial consultation and property visit. This typically represents a price range because there are many facets to remodeling that can vary the price, like material and product selections, design, etc. This will help you determine if your desired remodel is feasible or whether you want to modify the scope or even upscale your project.

You can either accept the preliminary estimate and we’ll do amendments as things change. Or if you want to move forward to begin designing and fine tuning your project then the Professional Service Agreement is right for you. This process is typically for any structural or major design changes. This way we can work on the design within budget parameters.

DESIGN & BUILD

DESIGN & BUILD SERVICES

We believe that design and construction are integrated. We don’t just sketch a design out on a piece of paper. We’re tuned in with the industry trends and technology so we can provide you with a design and structural plan in 3D images to help you visualize your new space. Imagine walking through your new remodeled space in virtual reality before anything is started. This helps define accurate dimensions, solidifies design elements, minimizes errors, and makes the construction documentation and permitting a much easier process.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

Our Professional Service Agreement is a multi-step process tool to help refine decisions that will be within a budget range, aesthetic look, functionality, and ease. This service is typically associated with a footprint or major design change.

Design Consultations:
As remodeling experts we specialize in finding creative solutions to any and all design situations. We have over 40 years of hands- on experience in understanding the flow of the space planning and conceivable construction. Traditional design fees typically run from 8% to 13% of a project’s construction cost. Our design-build process can often be a fraction of that average cost; we’d rather you be able to spend more on your project then on the design.

Supplier (product, materials) Consultation:
We will help guide you through material and product selections within your budget range so you can make the right decisions of how your money is spent. If you’re one who is simply challenged about making choices we have a slew of supplier representatives to help guide you and access to some great interior designers who can pull it all together for you.

Estimate Bid:
After all the information is gathered and we have an agreed upon design, we will draft as close to a fixed price bid that reflects construction, all of the material choices, and any subcontractor costs that may apply. The bid will define the exact costs to change your home into what we have imagined together. This number is to bring your dreams come to life.
